Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Class  Registration Information

tJoy of Music's 10 Week Music Together ProgramProgram Tuition is $205 for the 1st child and $110 for the second and $35 for the third. There is a $25 registration fee for New Families only.  Registrations received after December 30, 2008, for the Winter 2009 session will have a $10 late registration fee. You are considered a New Family if it has been more than a year since you have enrolled in the Joy of Music's Music Together® Program. If you are transferring from another Music Together Center, and are new to the Joy of Music, you need to pay the registration fee. Infants under 8 mos are FREE when registered with another sibling. The third or fourth child is $35 for the 12 week program when registered with other siblings.

We'll confirm your registration once we have received payment in the office. The confirmation that you will receive online is a confirmation that you have registered on line. Your final confirmation will be when the office contacts you by phone. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, then please contact the office.

Tuition includes 2 CDs, a songbook with activity suggestions for parents, plus a parent guide on the Musical Development of Your Child. Up to 2 make-ups can be arranged based on availability. Siblings, Other family members are welcome to visit classes on school holidays, and other occasions.

You are allowed 2 makeups per semester on a first come first serve basis.  We cannot issue refunds once registration is received. No refunds can be issued for Withdrawals, Sickness, Vacation or Absences. Credit less $25 withdrawal fee, toward future classes is up to the discretion of the director and may be issued in extenuating circumstances for classes not taken, after the date the Joy of Music Office has been notified about your particular circumstance, and if the class materials are returned in new condition. If the materials have been used, damaged or opened, then an additional fee of $45 will charged.

We reserve the right to cancel class. In the event that classes are canceled you will be refunded your full amount.
